Frustrated with the quick fix attitude of many agencies, Billy wanted to take things back to basics; providing a recruitment consultancy service that simply takes the time to do things right.
With BEF (Business Enterprise Fund) aid, Billy turned his dream into reality and established Shine Recruitment Consultancy in 2007.

Before moving into recruitment, Nathan worked for a number of years in sales with a leading waste management organisation, most recently as sales manager.
As a result, Nathan has practical, working knowledge of the roles that he recruits for. This gives Nathan and Shine an unfair advantage. He understands the demands of various sales roles and the kind of individual who will successfully fulfil the job requirements.
With a number of high profile contracts under his belt, Nathan is a valuable member of this growing company.
On a more personal note, Nathan is a keen rugby and football fan. Cookery is another passion and Nathan likes to think of himself as a poor man’s Gordon Ramsey.
Jill joined the Shine team in April 2008. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company having worked in the industry for 9 years. Throughout her career Jill has specialised within the Executive Office Support sector covering roles within Administration, HR, Accounts, Purchasing and Customer Service and she will continue to recruit in this sector for Shine.
Jill's knowledge and expertise played a major factor in Shine Recruitment being selected for the preferred suppliers list of a major PLC. Jill has been married to Graham for 4 years and has a beautiful baby daughter called Evie, she’s a keen Bradford City fan and enjoys a cheeky drink on a weekend so she tells us.
